Staff were excellent, very professional and friendly.
It’s clear everyone works well as a team, and together you make a very tense situation a lot easier.
I am really please with everything from my stay.
The staff are wonderful. They made us feel at home during our stay. I am really happy with the help and support we received during our whole time.
It was lovely to chill out with my child during her stay.
Medicines were explained and I was given notes on the medicines too.
Very good activities for all age groups in the playroom.
Could do with info pack before admission/on arrival (easier for deaf people).
Warm friendly atmosphere.
